The mission of State & Federal Education Services, LLC is to reduce the burden of special program compliance for school district administrators while ensuring the efficient use of state and federal funds that result in the highest student achievement possible.

State & Federal Education Services provides the following services to Texas public and charter school districts:

  • Technical assistance interpreting state and federal formula and discretionary grant mandates including federal ESSA programs and Texas State Compensatory Education requirements.

  • Technical assistance with grant applications for the districts and charter schools.

  • Conduct all negotiations with the state educational agency and facilitate and submit required evaluations and compliance reports.

  • Ensure district and campus improvement plans are compliant with state and federal mandates.

  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and provide reports of findings.

  • Assistance with grant program budget preparations and recommendations.

  • Provide onsite and/or online professional development presentations to administrators regarding state and federal program requirements.
